



Minimum is 3 hours per visit weekly and 4 hours fortnightly. The client agrees to provide cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless other arrangements have been made with Charli Clean Ltd. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. If the client does not have cleaning materials or value on utility and laundry cards and client asks Charli Clean Ltd. to purchase said items on their behalf, the client agrees that an applicable service charge will be added. If Charli Clean Ltd. personnel needs to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a £15.00 charge may apply. The client agrees that the price he/she has been quoted is not for a "package deal" and does not include anything apart from cleaning and ironing. If any estimate is given on how long it will take our personnel to do the job, this is only an estimated price based on the average time it takes to clean a home or office of similar size.

Please make cheques payable to Charli Clean Ltd. Cheques must be presented on the day of clean, unless otherwise agreed.
- Cash
Regular Domestic Customers are required to pay on the day of clean unless otherwise agreed. This is only available in certain areas.
Payment for regular cleaning services will be required one month in advance by standing order unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with Charli Clean Ltd.
The client agrees that the price he/she has been quoted is not for a "package deal" and does not include anything apart from cleaning and ironing unless specific lifestyle management or pet care services have been booked.
If Charli Clean Ltd. is unable to gain access to the premises the Client will remain liable for the full cost of the cleaning.
If paying by cheque, the customer will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from a dishonored cheque.
We require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or rearrange the day or time for which the service was contracted/requested. Other arrangements can be possible on contacting the office prior to the scheduled service.
A 50% cancellation fee (of the total amount charged for the service) is applied to notice given in less then 48 hours.
The customer shall be required to pay £25.00 cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by our operators being turned away; no one home to let them in; or a problem with customer's keys
PLEASE NOTE: The client can terminate the agreement up to 14 days prior to commencement of the service, and in the case of a continuing contract by not less than 14 days notice. If the agreement is terminated with less than 14 days notice the client will remain liable for 50% of the full prices of the cleaning services.
The client agrees that after termination of the agreement, the Client will not hire any domestic cleaner introduced to the Client by Charli Clean Ltd. If the Client hires such a cleaner within a year period then the Client agrees to pay Charli Clean Ltd a £500 referral fee.
In case of a complaint, the Company requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. The company will not consider any complaints which are notified after such period of 24 hours. If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.
Charli Clean Ltd. has a public and employer's liability insurance.
The customer or a customer's representative must be present at the time of completion of the job so an inspection can be carried out and any corrections made on site on the same day. If the customer has scheduled an inventory check then it must be scheduled to commence no later than 24 hours after the cleaning job has been completed.
All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash, jewelers, items of sentimental value (cash value only), art and antiques. Whilst every effort is made to prevent damage, Charli Clean Ltd. and it's operators shall not be responsible for: cleaning jobs not complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning materials and/or equipment in full working order, i.e. hot water or power; third party entering or present at the customer's premises during the cleaning process; shrinkage to carpets that are poorly fitted; damage to upholstery where cleaning instructions are not clearly visible; wear or discoloring of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed; failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using standard carpet cleaning methods; existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned/removed completely using standard cleaning equipment.
The Company will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods. Existing damage will be reported prior to commencing work.
Charli Clean Ltd. will collect any outstanding monies owed to them. If as a result Charli Clean Ltd. has to use a debt collecting agency or county court to secure payment, the clients agrees to pay any debt collecting agency fees, court fees, legal cost, or interest which will occur due to the result of none payment of their outstanding bill.
Charli Clean Ltd. has public liability insurance for a minimum of £2 million, which protects client's home against major accidental damage caused by a cleaner whilst on your property. All claims must be notified within 24 hours of discovery.
